Absolutely not. The final price is clearly shown on the platform before you confirm the booking. Costs vary only based on the type of service and the professional's rate. What you see is what you pay.

If I have an emergency, how long does it take to have the nurse at home?

Our system is optimized for speed. We can't guarantee you an exact time (it depends on the nearest professional), but most requests are handled quickly and the nurse often arrives within an hour of confirmation for covered areas.
